No waiting for team photos!

We create dynamic fusion group photos using individual images. 

1. Show up at your team's scheduled time.

2. Go to the CHECK IN table and pick up your camera card.

3. We take individual poses AND GROUP PHOTO POSES at the same camera station. 

4. Select your favorite images from your proofing gallery in 2-3 weeks.

When do I come for pictures?

Your team/group will be given a specific time to come for pictures. 

What if we are running late for our picture time? 

To avoid crowding and long wait times, please to come as close to your picture time as possible. We MAKE the team photos out of individual images, so even if you are a little late your player will still be in the group picture.

What if we have another activity that conflicts with picture time?

Our goal is to schedule teams to reduce the wait times. However, we can accommodate players who miss their time throughout the day. Please see your organizations schedule for start and end times. You must arrive 15 minute before the end time to get pictures taken.

What if I don’t want to buy pictures? Do I have to show up?

Purchase is not required. We still need you though! The group picture will be created from individual pictures. So, we need you to show up to be in the team picture. 

Can I submit my own photo for the team?

No. Images need to be captured with our lighting and professional equipment in order to merge the images together. 

If I miss all the picture days can I come to your studio and get a picture taken?

You can schedule a private session at our studio in Hoffman Estates. There will be a session fee charge of $50 and a minimum purchase requirement of $75. Players who do a private session will be added to the team photo that THEY purchase. they will NOT be added to the team photo distributed to all the players.

Can I see the pictures before ordering?

Yes you will receive a link to view and order pictures. You must order by the listed deadline for your organization.  

Can I order pictures after the deadline?

Yes, however specially priced packages some products are only available during the regular ordering time. 

Additional fees, and minimum ordering requirement will apply.

When Will I Receive the Pictures?

Picture Packages shipped to to the provided mailing addresses about 2-3 weeks after the final ordering deadline.
